2026 Head Coach – Ann Haden Payne
This is Ann Haden’s fifth year coaching at Ridgetop and first year as head coach. She swam on the team for 13 years. She just finished
up her junior year at Auburn University where she is majoring in speech language pathology. She is thrilled to be back this year as a head coach and is so excited for a great season with everyone!
2026 Head Coach – Ben Sallade
This is Ben’s first year coaching at Ridgetop. He is from Bristow, Virginia. He has been swimming for 17 years. He swam for 4 years at Randolph Macon College. He recently graduated and is planning on becoming a swim coach full time. He can’t wait for a great summer!
2026 Assistant Coach -Eliana Cuce
This is Elianna’s second season as an assistant coach at Ridgetop and her 11th year on the team. She is currently finishing up my junior year at Freeman High School and is a swim team captain. She also swims year-round at SwimRVA. She is so excited for another great

This is Charlotte’s first season as an assistant coach with the RidgeTop team. She is currently finishing up her freshman year at Freeman High School and has been swimming for 11 years. She is so excited to meet everyone and help make this summer super fun!
