Diving at Ridgetop has ebbed and flowed over the years since the club opened. There was a dive team in the 50s and 60s but it fizzled out for a few decades before restarting again in 1995.
Practices include coaching for divers of all levels. Each diver is assessed based on their diving level. Beginners learn their first dive quickly with a front jump and then a back jump. All divers work on existing skills and advance to new dives by continuously learning new skills. Each practice they work to improve their dives in preparation for meets, for those who wish to participate. Meet competition is not required, but recommended.
JRAC Waiver (must be signed unless you already did for swim team)
