PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Preseason Practices:
May 29 – June 15
6:30 – 7:15 Mites and Midgets
7:15 – 8:00 Juniors, Intermediates and Seniors

Summer practice schedule:

June 18 – July 20
11:00 – 12:00 Regular and X divers
12:00 – 1:00 Novice divers
6:00 – 7:30 all levels (except for swim meets at RT)

** Tuesday before meets Reg/X stay until 12:15 and Novice divers stay until 1:15. ALL Divers will complete their own dive sheets between 12 and 12:15
Evening practices (all levels): 6:00 – 7:30 *except when there is a home swim meet

Saturday practices:

Time TBD on dates called by coaches; We will update this information soon.

Fun practice (day following a meet):

11:00 – 12:30 – Fun Practice for all levels
11:00 – Coach talk (meet report/diver of the week)
12:30 – 1:00 – Additional practice for those interested
